Default Fuel rail -an fitting question

what fittings will allow me to connect -an hose to the stock 5.3 fuel rail. so no one asks why, its my buddys project and we are about done. its a 5.3 in a 76 nova, and we are lacking the fittings... im sure we could micky mouse something up or buy a lot of fitings in trial and error, but i'd rather ask you guys.

sounds like he's talking about an an fitting instead of the quick disconnects.
if it's return style rail, you'll need both...
