Default Fuel pump issues again! Help me!

I'm lost on ideas with this thing. I had my stock pump die about a month ago, so I bought the Walbro 255 and put it in. It ran perfect, for a day then quit again. We took it out and changed the terminals on the wires to the pump to gold ones. Put it back together and it's ran for a little over a month now. I went to get my bottle filled the other night, it ran fine all the way to the guys house and when I went to leave I had no pump prime again. I got it towed home and the next morning it started right up and ran all day. I ran 6 shots through it that night and took it home, parked it for 10 minutes and went to put it away and I had no prime and still don't! The relay is good, all the fuses are good and I've checked the harness on top of the tank and it appears to be ok. I did notice where the harness clips onto the sending unit on top, the whole deal is kinda loose, but you can push down on it and it tightens back up? What should I try now, I'm getting so sick of this thing!
