I hate that is occurs intermittent.

No O'reillys in Canada, we don't have the competitive shopping you guys do. I swear everyone in parts sales is part of a cartel...........

Suppose to rain tomorrow, hopefully I'll get to pull the bed off by monday. I'm doing it that way because I have a full tank of gas. Once I see what pump it is I'll decide which pump I'll order.

Strange, I had the exact same problem with my truck, would randomly sputter when pressing the gas, the RPM would drop, power would be reduced dramatically, but after forever I found out that water had gotten into my air intake, screwing up the MAF sensor (and possibly other stuff) but after taking it apart and letting it dry out, never had the issue again.

Do you guys spray water on your engines directly?

A local parts place here sells ACDelcos for $265....Call around for prices. No way I'd buy an off brand pump.

Just to confirm after over a full week of driving the new pump solved the problem, and I finally went with OEM GM, the dealer cut me an awesome deal he knocked $115 off the retail. I say finally as I bought a Delphi off ebay and the delivery was lost!

yup i picked up a delphi from the local carquest for 250...it helped my top end a ton, but im still getting the extended starts once and a while if i dont prime it first..i think it may be the FPR, even though its fairly new..ill try swapping it out and see if that helps.
