fuel pressure regulator?

i have to replace mine and need to know where it is and what to look for...thanks guys

man it's been forever since i have look at a stock fuel rail...uhmmm, (stalling)


okay here is pic of the intake, fuel rail, with the fpr. It is dead center of the rail. This is kano's ls6 intake swap pic, but serves the purpose of showing the fpr. Snap ring pliers and vasoline is all you need. Well the fpr as well.

alright so its the piece that is jutting out of the center...cool..one more thing whats the vaseline for?

The vaseline is also used to lubricate the regulator when you install it, i have never changed one on your year truck but im sure there are some o-rings or rubber parts that need lubed.
