Default fuel pressure issue

hey everyone. i gota problem with my fuel pressure on my 2000 rcsb.

i have an auto meter pressure gauge and also checked with a mechanical gauge and both read about 42-44 at idle and 52 -55 at wot.

i know that according to anyone you ask 48 and 58 is stock parameters.

*** here is where it gets tricky***

my buddy has a 2002 with the 48 - 58 pressures
my other buddy has a 2000 also and his are the same as mine...What Gives!!!

we switched FPR's between all 3 trucks and the pressures did not change for any of them... one of which has a brand new one.

the 02 has a 5.3L the other 00 has a 5.3L and mine has a lq9.

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. any help would be appreciated

I am a little confused on what the question is?? Your fuel pressure is 42 and not 48? Plugged filter or bad pump.

brand new filter.. 3 pumps including the original and still no difference. i checked voltage at the pump its getting enough voltage. i am at a loss. the only reason i am really concerned is at WOT at about 5500 rpm it leans out and i had to mess with the PE tables to "fix" it till i figure this out. i want to run the nitrous and thats not happening anytime soon with this problem
