I think you need a female -4an to male 1/8 npt. Then you need a 1/8npt bushing, female on both ends. I'm not sure of the part numbers.

One end has a female -4AN, the other end has a male 1/8 NPT. Then you need a 1/8 NPT bushing, it has a female 1/8 NPT threads on each end. Black Yukon has a good shot of it.

Autometer Fuel Rail Adapter
1/16" NPT Male to 1/8" NPT Female adapter for fuel rail. For use with Electric Fuel Pressure gauges. #3280

I am trying to install the sender today. I would like to do it without taking the valve stem out. Is this possible with the 4an fitting. Please help!

No you have to take the valve off to get pressure to the unit.... You could tape it in the fuel rail I guess..... But I mean it takes about 30seconds to get the valve out... the tool can be bought for about 2.00

And get the Earl Fittings from SUmmit

Just take it out! The tool can be had for less than $2.00 at pepboys, but if you want to be real econimical, you could use needle nose pliers.

I have the tool alright. I was hoping that This could be a quick disconnect setup just like the test gauges which depress the valve stem as you thread the fitting on. What do you thing?

I've had mine installed for close to 3 years and never had a need to disconnect it. Even if you did need to disconnect it, it would take about 5 minutes to unscrew the fittings and put the valve back in.

I got half my installation done today, I mounted up a remote fuel pessure sender and a remote boost sender for a couple Nordskog gauges I have. It ended up looking pretty nice. I had some stainless steal braided lines made up with the appropriate AN fittings. The lines are a little overkill as they are rated for 3000psi, but they are very high quality -4 shizzles. Used permatex high temp pipe sealent on all the NPT fittings.

Thats about it, no leaks, everything is tidy and clean

Have any pics? That's what I'm in the middle of. Sounds like electric fuel pressure, and mechanical boost/vac gauge, right? Where did you mount the fuel pressure sender?
