Default Fuel pressure guage hookup question. Anybody got pics?

I have a Radix so I will be looking to tap off of where the schrader valve is.

Did some reseach and found that you really have to get a bunch of "T" s/adapters/unions/couplers to meet up with the electric sender.

I don't expect to have alot of room and would like to keep the vavle so can I add a 4AN female hose off the fuel rail and bring that around to near the fuse box (where there is more room) to make my adapters/"Ts"?

You could do that, but be sure to remove the guts in the schrader valve. It takes a tool that you use to work on bike tires.

Yeah. I believe I have it in a snap-on comp. tester kit. Had to replace the needle in that & I believe its the same little "T" tool in my kit required for the schrader valve.

Wait for some more replies. I was under the impression that for a radix it was already a 1/8ntp fitting. For stock trucks/fuel rails, you only need two fittings, a reducer and coupler.

Yeah, I thought that it would have it too before I got it but it dosen't 9unless I'm crazy and didn't find it) Called Magnacharger tech support they agreed I would have to tap into the bleeder valve on the fuel rails. Didn't seem too knowledgable about that on the phone.

Where the schrader valve taps into the fuel rail, it's 1/8 npt threads. The cap is -4AN.

If you take the schrader valve out of the rail, the sender will screw right in.

get out! really? ****, i'll do that then.

if that works then all I need is a 1/8 T to put the schrader valve back in!?

I see all these post of these contraptions of fittings all off the rails and stuff.

Would be awesome if all I have to do is take the fitting out and insert the sender.

Will the sender fit physically? I know it's a tight space.

Thanks for asking the question Blaster. I'm going to be installing one this week.
