Fuel pressure gauge is all over the map, now what?

I have a #8AWG from the battery terminal to the fire wall then another #8AWg from there to under the dash and it terminates into a multitap al/cu terminal. All my grounds goto that block. "All my grounds" meaning anything I add new to the truck that would be an accesory in the cab.
