Default fuel injector size help needed

hey guys, sorry if this has been covered before, but i have a question on injector wiring.

my '03 ss has a radix and the 42lb injectors that came with it. if i were to upgrade to a bigger injector, do i need to re-wire anything, or cut/splice anything to do this? or can i just buy new injectors, unplug the old ones, and plug the new ones in? a couple guys over at hptuners forum say that i don't need to splice anything, but i could swear that i've heard from several people that i would. whats the deal?

oh, btw, the reason i'm asking is that my inj duty cycle is over 101%+

Yes, you will need to splice in the new plugs. The injectors you have are as large as you can go with that type of connector. There is a thread on SS.com about going larger than 42lb injectors. It has all the info you need to do it.
