I drive a whipple charged 5.3 with 30,000 miles.
Would using a good quality fuel injector cleaner hurt anything?

 

You'll only hurt your fuel system if you use too much. Don't expect to notice any changes in performance from those fuel additive injector cleaners. At the dealer I work for, we use a 3M fuel injector service kit. You need to disable your fuel pump and pinch off your return line somehow. It's a pretty concentrated system that does a good job cleaning injectors. You really don't need to clean them unless you've been using really crappy fuel, at least that's my opinion.
