Went to Hub City today to run Allan's SS, my Tahoe was the tow vehicle. I decided to run it to see what it would do after the 6.0l swap. We just finished it up last week and still havent put it on the dyno.

Had a 15-18mph headwind today

First pass was 14.30 @ 93, after that pass I asked Allan to take a look at the tuning because it seemed like it was hitting the rev limiter on 2-3 shift.

He made some adjustments then said he needed to test it out 13.86 @ 97.54

Made some more adjustments to the tuning but didnt get to make another pass.

Im pretty happy, it drives and tows awesome, l love the torque it has now. Will have to put it on the dyno this week to see what its putting down.

New setup: Replaced 5.3 with 6.0l block, Diamond Pistons, ARP rod bolts, FMS 224/226-115 cam, and Allan cleaned my heads up to about a Stage 1. It needs some more gear so that will be my next mod.
