So you can build a sick as$ trophy truck but you don't know jack about stock GM suspension???

Unless you have a custom PCM isn't there a rev limiter that will top out before major damage is done to your engine?

if you stay on the rev limiter long enough, aint there a chance to bend a rod or something?

You'd have to be there for quite a while with the stock limiter.....and I'm not sure the stock springs are strong enough to bend a pushrod at the relatively low stock rev-limit, spin it a thousand rpm's higher and you might do some damage though

ok thanks.. ive heard if you hit the limiter enough, not all at one time for a while. but there is a good chance you can bend a rod or something,, i have the hypercrapper on my truck for now, and when we are playin in a pasture or something.. i hit the rev limiter a good bit too many. but since i got the Toyos all that has been cut out.

on the 03+ silvys, it doesnt have the fuel cutoff (or spark, i dont know which one)for the limiter does it? it just closes the throttlebody? just wondering

Later guys!!
