Whatever pops up i guess. I am only looking for the short block anyway since I already have stock 6.0L heads. I'm just gonna swap cams, ad forged pistons and rods/bolts and call it good. Should hold up pretty good on the stock crank. I may do something with the cam too. Not real sure since I don't think we reliazed how laggy my setup would be with the big turbo.

My buddy found a stock 6.0L long block at a dealership for $200. I guess something inside wen twrong and rouded off the cam.. Hmm

I think you're cam will be pretty healthy in a 6.0... Since you're changing the pistons anyway LQ9 vs LQ4 doesn't matter (only the pistons are different). It will spool the GT67 with a .96 A/R easy enough I swear by mine.

BTW I will also have the LQ9 rotating assembly up for grabs soon if you need crank / rods / etc. You probably won't want the pistons though hehe

Sweet! I'll talk to rick because if you have all that then maybe I will just get a fresh 6.0L block and get that stuff from you...

Lemme know I plan on dropping the 408 in as soon as all the parts arrive, so the stuff'll be free soon.

Ok, I'll talk to Rick@Synergy and see what he thinks would be cheapest and I'll get back to ya bro.

BTW, did you do the 4L65E with the cryo treated input shaft?

Yeppers. I think there are 6 cryo treated parts in the 65E L5, but I forgot which... I just told Chuck J to do his magic so I could run 800hp. That's when he ordered the custom PI hehe
