Mid to low 13s should be fairly easy with traction. With a full 150 shot and slicks spraying off the line you could get lucky and clip off a 12.9.

3000 stall with a 150 shot AND most importantly some slicks you would run 12s. Maybe even a 12.7 spraying out of the hole with good traction.
