Call em back and have them send the other one first. Tell them it's your daily driver and don't have any down time.

well i installed the dc controller and it sucks. it wont even come on. going to send it back tomorrow.

I received my Flex-a-Lite 292 fans today. It came with the 40AMP VSC.
Question: The OE fan nut has left hand threads yes? When it's removed and the fan\clutch is extracted, does it have to be put back on to hold the water pump pulley on?
Any pointers on this would be a big help.

You must remove it toward the passanger side. A big pipe wrench + hammer works nicely. I discovered on my second fan install that the shroud can be taken apart...like the top part is removable. This gives lots more room to work around to get that clutch off.

Nope you don't need to reinstall anything from the clutch+fan setup
