My advice is to swap the injectors, put in the inline pump, and be done. I have never even SEEN a Methanol station much less tried to fuel my truck with it. I'm never going to use it, I didn't even know my truck was a FF until after I bought it. So I say swap out to the good stuff for performance modding If you know you are gonna keep going with the mods, sell the 42# that come with the kit and step up to 50 or 60lb injectors and you should never have an issue with running out of injector.

Is Flex Fuel for Methanol? I thought it was for E85 which is 85% ETHANOL. In any case, I have run it and both mileage and power SUCKED big time. Ran that tank almost dry, filled up with the good stuff and never will do it again. It was a little cheaper but sucked so bad.

Ethanol, Methanol, Alcohol, I don't know. E85 is what it says on the gas tank lid. All they sell in FL is old fashioned gasoline, and that's when the hurricanes aren't making it impossible to get. I saw a store yesterday that was out of all grades of gas.

Flex Fuel have a "Z" in the vin. I'm not sure what the "T" vin is but could be FF as well.

On a flex fuel vehicle you can get away with running 8lbs of boost on stock injecters with a custom pcm tune, Flex fuel injecters flow up to 38pounds.
And to clear things up the flex fuel is ment for "ethanol"

The purpose of flex fuel is so there is an alternative fuel source, There is a sensor on the firewall that the fuel line runs through so that the computer can sense the ethanol, and from there the computer make the required adjustments.
The problem being is that ethanol burns twice as much and twice as fast as conventional gasoline.

T is Regular fuel and Z is flex fuel.

When it comes time to do the Radix upgrade, I will be getting the injector ends from Nelson Performance so I can switch injectors to the regular ones. That way I can get new 42pph units and have the booster pump. After all, the price is the same, why not get the one with more stuff? Like the porno movie title goes "Ghostess with the Mostess".
