Default first 6.0 ly6 swap help

Hi guys been reading and wanted to get your guys opinion about my build.. i just purchased a ly6/l96 6.0 for my 90 silverado... i bought the motor with no heads but I have a set of 862 heads I was going to get port and polished and get ls1 2" valves... i talked to Texas speed and they recommend me getting there MS3 cam I do plan on doing a 100 shot of nitrous and for intake I was going to get a holley hi rise... I am open to anything you guys recommend me to get as for this is my first build and you guys have way more experience then I do my goal is to be around 400-450 to the wheels for transmission my pops is going to be building me a 4l60e with a yank 3200 stall if you guys think I should go a different route with that let me know also thank!

In my opinion, I would get a set of stock heads from that motor. 823 casting I believe. 821 heads are the same thing with lighter valves (LS3 heads). Those big rectangle port heads flow great. You can usually find a good set for around $500-$600 on LS1tech. Guys are making your power goals with that long block N/A with a cam swap. As far as a cam, I would look at the Tick Performance "Street Heat" stage 2. I was in conversation with Martin Smallwood on a cam selection for a long time before going with that cam.

As far as the 60e... I would just scrap spending money on that and stick a stock refreshed 80e with a shift kit. They will hold more power in stock form than most built 60e transmissions.

I'm actually putting the exact combo that I mentioned above in my car.
