It isnt to bad, we installed my brothers in about 2 1/2 hrs. I do suggest to pick up a can of pb blaster, that stuff works good. All the bolts came off so easy . Good luck man !

Don't worry to much I put a set of pacesetters on my 03. It took about 1 1/2 hours alone.

I had two bolts that were broken off in the head when i started the whole install.. Apparently heat got to them. After all the fun of extracting the bolts it was a whole new Ball game. 2and1/2 hours later i was up and running. Thank god for Napa having the right bolts in stock!!! Thanks for all the help and advice. BTW it took three guys working on it to accomplish the task! But hearing that truck on open headders was worth all the hassle to install them!!! I love that sound

Everyone talks about breaking the bolts in the heads. Two questions

1. Would spraying the hell out of em with PB help this at all?
2. How did you get the bolts out after you broke em off in there?
