ive been wondering about re-routing my radiator hose too.. i hate that thing going up and over the intake. The bends in it, make it kinda hard to cut and reuse that hose... has anyone done it so that hose doesnt touch the intake and that it goes under the tube?

ya does anyone have any ideas on putting the hose under the intake tube?

i was thinking on putting 1 of them chrome flex tubes but really dont like the idea of putting any chrome parts on this one

Pull the water pump off and have the front boss machined for a fitting, then machine the top outlet for a plug....it will put the outlet of the water pump at the front of the pump in the same place that the F/Y body pumps have it at, you can't just use an F/Y body pump because the snouts are a different length

It looks awesome. BTW, what color paint is your truck, I'm assuming you used the body paint to paint the intake tube also, but I really like it. I have a fleet side '92, that color would look sharp on mine as well.

where did you get the 4" -to- 3.5" fitting to attach your intake tube to the MAF?

its 4" exhaust hose i just cut some lil slits about a 1/2 - 5/8 of an inch long in 4 spots and clamped it down
