Glad it all coming together.

Silent1, dont listen to Sloverado. That cam is plenty big. Having .700 lift is silly. Do yourself a favor and dont go for a larger cam. Keep it driveable and give your valvetrain a chance at lasting more than a few months.

If you decide to change cams, for whatever reason, you might as well go for a solid roller setup.

Silent1, in your motor summary you didn't tell us what pistons or comp ratio you will be running on that beast. :p
Also, with the larger valves, wouldn't that make up for the "lack of lift" on that cam?

BigTex-I don't mind giving up some/little driveability but I'm with you on not going too wild.

BigKid-Not positive on the compression ratio but I think it's about 10.8:1 The 6.0 heads were milled .030 and the pistons are dished 12cc's. Bore is 4.030" and stroke is 4.125". The complete Rotating assembly(pistons, rods, crank) is Lunati. It's a custom setup made to take a 300 shot I won't be spraying til perhaps next year when I can find a trans that'll hold the 200 shot I plan on.

It ought to be sweet! I realized the Lunati kit came with pistons just not which ones(guess I could have done my homework to find out). Let us know how it goes. I have a friend that is interested in doing a 422 as well.
