Default a few long tube questions

i am thinking about getting some pacesetter lts. how much of a gain will i see with my setup, is it worth it? and is there a y-pipe with cats built in it? or is there a way i can run cats? the cats can be moved back a lil bit, but they need to be there. thanks at 375 for coated headers i cant pass up the opportunity.

I'm in the same boat as you. Most everyone recommends them but i'd really like to see if any one has any honest to goodness numbers on a FI motors.
Thanks for anyone's input.
