I was wonderin what would be the best way to make a 4.8 ltr. chevy faster?
Any advice?

kbracing96 (Kyle) got his ECSB 4x4 into the 13's with his STS kit and a Z06 cam...you should be well into the low 13's by doing something like that.

STS or Radix and a good cam should get you plenty of power...but a lot of it depends on your budget. What were you wanting to spend?

TR224 cam... 3kstall... 4:10 gears.. and a good tune... Or you justbuy nos..

You'll probably get a better response in the performance section. Do a search first of all. There are a lot of things you can do to make it faster. It depends on how much you want to spend. I'd start off with a full exhaust headers back, intake, and a custom tune.

n/a 13's. right there... guys with a turbo are in the 11's. I'm to the point now where I am wanting to do some more head work... so that's always an option. Cant really go to LARGER heads on such a small displacment of an engine.

im gettin it tuned, putting an air intake, and runnin true duals with headers next month.
