Default Fast 102lsxrt " EXPANDS" under throttle....WTF?

im kinda new to the performance world of trucks, that being said I installed a 102lsxrt on my 01 silvy, as well as a 102 tb. I noticed that when i give it a little throttle the WHOLE damn thing expands....is this normal..or is something way out of the oridinary here: Mods are : lsxrt 102, fast 102 tb,volant cool air,
224/224 581/581 112lsa, hooker super comp headers, p&p 241 heads, tci 3600 converter, deatschWerks #44 injectors, 4.56 richmond gears on a fresh re-built 5.3l .30 over

What do u mean by expands? Like the intake expands as in blows up kinds like a balloon? That's pretty weird.

Figured rhs and comp did their r&d to allow it to flex some. Is made from the same material as the rest of the fast manifolds so i assume everything it it doing is normal. I have yet to have someone crack or break one. Hell i know. A few people that arw FI and run the manifold without issues. I think you will be fine.

as long as this seems "normal" im ok with it...another problem is idle...dies all the time even with tune...although the guy that did the tune didnt ask many questions and only took about 15 min do....i figured a tune should have taken a little longer.....kinda thought he just copy and past a different tune....but hey what do i know like i said im new to this .

Its your tune. He needs to drive it to simulate different driving conditions and fix the idle.
