I don't know what the DCC controller looks like, but this harness wires them to the ac wire, and the pcm to control them. They come with everything in the harness to run the fans, including the plug ins to the fans. It's also got heavy gauge wire and three "relays". The pieces of metal are stainless steel, and yeah, we just drilled a few holes, mounted the fans to the steel, then drilled holes in the top and mounted them. They aren't going anywhere, that's for sure.
