Default Factory fuel press regulator question h/c/I/tb swap

So I installed a nice cam, p&p heads with large valve, tbss Intake, eldelbrock 90mm tb and long tube headers on an 01 tahoe. It seems to be pretty strong. The throttle response is stupid awesome. But the injectors are 105-110% at wot. Can the factory regulator be adjusted with the screw on the side or are new Injectors the only way? This guy doesn't have much money so this is why I'm asking. If it were mine I would just go to a cheap set of marine injectors.

The cam is IIRC a 218/222 60x 60x on a 112+1. I'd have to look at the card again to be sure. It needs a stall real bad but it still runs good. I'm still tuning it right now. Trying to figure out how to calm down the initial take off. Just cracking the tb it slams you back in the seat. Hell it will cruise 55mph at 5% throttle. It's pretty nuts.
