Default fabrication complete

Finally finished fabricating my turbo kit. Today was the final test fitting after welding all the joints. So its off for HPC coating this week, hopefully I'll have this thing up and running soon.

I like the way the FMIC is mounted. I may look into that on my new truck

That is great! Did you build that turbo kit yourself? The last picture is showing the left bank feeding into the right log header, correct?

I think that is a great job! Everything looks well thought out and "clean", including the position of the intercooler. I think I'd swap out the radiator overflow with a metal one to keep it from melting, but everything else looks sweet! What kind of boost numbers are you hoping to run??...and what kind of power are you hoping to make?

you may have some trouble with boost control due to the way you mounted the wastegate, but other than that...looks good.

Thanks for the complements! Yes, I did build this kit myself. It is a log style system with a Precision GT67 turbo and Tial 38mm waste gate and blowoff valve. I will be running a Greddy dual stage boost controller @ about 7# and 10#. Boost mostly depending on tuning. Because I am tunning it myself I really have no idea on how much power it will make. I still have a few other little odds and ends to fix, like rerouting hoses and the radiator overflow but hopefully I will finish this thing up soon. I have thought about making a few of these to recover some of the money that I have invested. With so many differnt models(reg cab, ext, 4wd etc) I'm not sure how difficult it would be.
