Yep, the Chrysler model puller on the inner tabs is the one I finally got to work on mine.
Try a large puller on the outside as suggested since one is broken off. Bummer on that tho....

Also, take the washer off the crank bolt, thread the bolt back into the crank and the place a socket on the head of the bolt and put the rod from the puller into the end of the socket so it will stay centered and not move around. I had this problem on my truck, very frustrating the first time but once you figuire it out its cake and ice cream.

Now that you snapped one of the tabs off you will have to come up with something else.
That is how we had the puller on, then one of those damn tabs that you show the arms behind broke clean off. I'll try tomorrow night to put the arms on the backside of the pulley. Damn, I hope that works because I'm out of ideas after that! This is the first time I've heard of one of those little tabs breaking off. That Bitch is really on there, huh?

Edit- That is the exact same puller we was using too! Damn, I must be cursed!!!!

We had it out some, then used it to center the puller on. I think we're going to try the socket on the end with the puller in it. I don't know what we're going to do if it doesn't pull it out from the back!!!

You just aren't sweet-talking her enough....

"Hey, baby, please, just come on off there, okay? You know I love you..."

...and if that doesn't work...

"Look, you m*****f****** biatch, you're m*****f****** coming off that crank now, you hear?
