f-body stall
#2
yes, the converters for a f-body will work. an aftermarket ls1 converter with a higher stall rating will stall a little higher than advertised in a truck, due to differences in weight and the torque produced. somebody correct me if im wrong. im not an expert by any means.

well, it will stall higher in a truck if the truck is actually making more power, but 99% of the trucks aren't making as much horsepower as a stock fbody. if you're gonna spend the money to buy one, and have it installed just PM blownChevy and get a new verter that stalls higher and is built for a truck.
