Default F Body headers on Silverado questions

I've got a set of SW headers I was going to run on my Camaro but I need a larger set for it. I know people run the Kooks F body header on the trucks, what needs to be done to make them fit? I've tried selling them but everyone would rather have Pacesetters unless they are like me and need 1 7/8 or 2" primaries. Thanks

If you are running a 4l80, the ear on the pass side will need some sculpting. The driver side collector points towards the frame and the pass side points down toward the trans cross member so a custom ypipe will need to be made. I have an issue with the #6 primary tube contacting the frame with my 2" Kooks but others with 1-7/8" haven't had the same issue. If your SW's are only 1-3/4" you my not have any fitment issues unless it is 4wd.
Good discussion thread with lots of info: https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...eaders-471855/

Here are my 1-7/8 to 2" Kooks stepped headers and custom y-pipe.
