Default F-body headers (long tubes) fit a truck????

Looks to be plenty of room. Just not sure if they would hang down enough to match up to the stock pipes. Anyone tried this? I am thinking of the Pacesetters on my 99' w/6.0 .

I'm not one to say this ... but do a search. This has been rehashed about 3 times in the passed month.

Everyone has come to the conclusion that the F-bod motor sits way different than a truck engine. Picture this ... a truck header in a car would probably come close to hitting the ground. The car header would prolly try and get into the firewall.

Headers are not made solely for the engine, they are fit for the application mostly!

Thanks, didn't realize so many others had this question. I'm gonna sit on the fence and wait for pacesetter or someone else to offer a reasonably priced system...or just buy used. NFW am I paying $600-$900.
