got bored and decided to unbolt stock exhaust at the flange after the cat. Like the ways it sounds except the the annoying rattle at idle and squeaks here and there....what muffler would sound similar to this?? i am looking into the aerochambler or maybe a bullet....also what size inlet/outlet should i go with?? 2.5....2.75???

The Hooker Aerochamber gets annoying after a while.....it has a BAD drone under load and cackles bad when decelerating. I used to run them on my truck but smartened up ang got a Magnaflow.......

 

I have a gibson Super Truck on my silverado. I have had several complements on it. it sound really healthy at WOT. Sounds great excellerating on the Highway too. Just my 2 cents.

 

i've heard quite a bit of good things about magnaflow....i could give a **** less how much it doesn't flow....if i wanted to go fast in the tow truck, i'd buy a Radix, lol!

are there any sites out with sound clips available anyone knows of??

 

the question is how loud do you really want it?
