ok, alot of you guys know im doing a V6 to V8 swap, or getting ready to in April when its a little warmer. i have everything i need to do the swap including my Pacesetter LT's w/ ORY.

im still debating if i wanna keep the ORY with my Super 40 Deltaflow, change the muller or sell the ORY and add an x-pipe with Bullets.

so i was wondering if you guys could post some pics up of your exhaust systems or throw out some other ideas out there.

Nice work, BlackGMC. The mufflers in series work great.
I also used two straight through mufflers on my exhaust

 

Nice looking setup BlackGMC, what part # are the hookers you used, and what the dia of the collectors and mid pipe?

 

I will try to get some pics up of my set up. true duals, x-pipe, cutouts, and a 6.0 muffler. Quiet or Riot!

Thanks! Actually mine started out quiet, which I wanted now it is getting louder, which I don't want!!

Not sure on the Part Number, but they are the Ceramic Coated 1 5/8 primary with 3in collectors... The pipe off the collectors necks down to 2.5 then into a 2.5 to 3.0 Ypipe...

Oh and the paint on the pipes is still looking great, looks the same as the day I painted it....

ya i would like to see that

my buddy has a 408 stroker in his 2001 Z28 with LT's x-pipe and two bullets and i love the way it sounds! so that kinda makes me lean towards what he has since i know what it will somewhat sound like already.

any others out there??

 

Check my sig...Magnaflow true duals and custom SS pipes, on Dynatech LT's. Pretty loud...but I actually think its louder inside when accelerating than outside! That said, even the Harley guys look to see whats comin'
PS...pix are a little weak, best i cud do on my back, but the soundbite is cool!
