Default Exhaust Leak Question

So when I installed my pacesetters 2 weeks ago I found out that I had two broken head bolts from the previous owner in the drivers side head. The very back and the very front. I didn't bother trying to drill them out because I have another set of heads on the way. So basically all I have on the drivers side is the 4 middle bolts. When installing these bolts the furthest back wouldn't go in all the way and the very back cylinder isnt sealed enough so it's leaking pretty badly. Will this cause any damage? My new heads won't be here until Friday and I won't be able to get them on until the following weekend. I'm going to try backing out the other 3 bolts to see if I can get that one in all the way because I know once it's in it will at least be sealed good enough to not be as much of an annoyance as it is right now. If I can't get that one in I guess I'm just waiting for the other heads to get here.
