Default exhaust and intake question

As of right now I have a stock exhaust pipe with a flowmaster super 40 muffler I found flowtech phantom exhaust for a good price I'm wondering if it's worth changing out? Also I have a cone filter replacing my stock air box, and my question is should I replace the intake tube? I was also looking at the stock tube and I'm wondering if I can cut the baffles off and fill the holes, would that give me more flow?

Thanks in advance

I cut the baffles off and bonded plastic over the holes then fiberglassed the entire intake tube smoothed it out and painted it black......looks nice. Maybe a tad bit more flow since it isnt entering the tubes but mainly just more of a grunt sound. Any strait through muffler will out perform your flowmaster.
