why dont you just run open headers if you want it as loud as you think? ive never understood the wanting loud exhaust...every person i went to high school with had loud obnoxious exhaust and it just pissed me off. im more of a sound quality person than a loudness person...just my .02

I've considered open headers but thought it was potentially bad for your valves and not to mention when I leave for work @ 5:30 in the AM I don't think my fellow apt tenants would like me to well...I want it loud but legal loud

it wont hurt the valves...
just put a cutouts and be done with it, then the neighbors cant get pissed at you... ive actually had one neighbor get pissed at me for my exhaust already and its ridiculously quiet...
