I have a 22" Magnaflow, almost as quiet as stock, no drone, but cut an 18" section of the tailpipe off to prevent any drone that the muffler didn't take care of

If you want to stay under $400, I would source a muffler and have a shop build you a cat back system. Catalog cat backs seem to be very expensive. IMO they dont seem to be worth it. I paid around $400 for my true dual setup, thats all inclusive.

And with Corsa, Sport = loud, Touring = quieter; Sport seems to be a little too loud for most people's taste for a daily driver. But I have read in many places that Corsa + long tube headers = loud and raspy.

that would let you be loud when it's play time, but quiet otherwise.
