am i freaking out for no reason or am i really an idiot and i messed up? okay so im taking my sweet time putting this ATI kit in and i needed a vacuum source off the passenger side intake manifold it says to break the tip off making sure not to break off the whole tab well i broke off the whole tab and i cant plug the vacuum hose into it there nothing left on it what do i do? im so pissed i dont know how any of this works am i screwed? how can i fix that broken part?

 

Find a screw thats large enough to fit into the hole. Screw it in to use as a plug. Coat the underside of the screw with silicon. Then find an alternate source for vacuum.

 

next time just use a pair of dykes to cut the tip. I was afraid to do the same thing.
It's not that bad. A good cheap learning experience

 

thanks guys, you guys got any ideas of where i can get an alternate source? im just glad its nothing serious!! all i need to do is that and finish wiring the fuel pump and i can finally drive it!
