Believe all that touches the motor is the same, but more than likely the opposite ends have changed where it goes to the PCM. Speculative, of course.

 

There is an additional "piece" of the engine harness for the DBW throttle bodies.

 

The pcm ends have definitely changed, not sure if it was because of drive by wire or a model year thing. Early harness's have blue and red pcm ends and later ones changed to blue and green I think, be sure the end colors match the pcm colors.
