Engine/trans/computer swap

Engine/trans/computer swap
I have a chance to drop the entire Engine/trans/computer into my truck. Donor vehicle is a 2010 Cadillac CTS V and my truck is a 2009 Silverado. I know everything will “drop right in” but as far as reprogramming or relearning keys/security measures what do I need to know. Donor car is complete and working mechanically for clarification including keys

The problem you will have is that the wiring and other functions of the silverado are different than the cadillac. So if you used the computer and wiring without making any changes you'd likely have minimal to no functions of the cluster/BCM/ABS etc etc.
The silverado doesn't use some of the sensors/wiring that a supercharged engine does so it won't exactly plug in with the truck fuse block/body wiring. This is a messy swap for sure when it comes to wiring and programming. A truck operating system needs to be run in it to make things work, so I already know that you'd have to reflash the computer (PCM/TCM) with a 6.2 truck OS and create a custom tune to make it all run.
