I am putting a engine on a stand tomorrow, but i don't know what size the bellhousing bolts are... I can figure out the length but not the thread size.

Bing, bing, bing, bing, we have a winner! I just went down to the garage and checked the set of LS1 engine stand bolts that I bought off of ebay. They are 10x1.5mm, and they're 4" long

*EDIT* As long as they are correct, haven't used them yet Just trusting that they are the right thing...I only buy from sellers with good feedback, so I'm assuming that I didn't buy the wrong stuff

dude if you was closer i have 10 of them sitting in my shed from when i had my 5.3 and 6.2 on the engine stand. any hardware store should have them get them 4" with a flat washer. unless you wanna be a little safter just measure and make sure lol.

Default Those 10mm bolts

Hey guys , just a suggestion , I would get 8 or 8.8 grade bolts or higher just to be sure You don't have any bolts break . It would be a tragedy if 1 were to let go . Good luck

I had a 6.0 short block sitting on a stand in my garage with grade 5 bolts in it. It sat for months and months even with **** stacked on top of it and was fine.
