Default engine out

ok guys got my new 6.0. now i have a question. i have some moneys left over so what mod would you do with the engine out of the truck. i was thinking a cam sounds like that would be a bitch with it in the engine but i could be wrong. so what is a pain to install and would want to do it with the engine out

Doing a cam swap while on the engine stand is cake. You could do the spings as well. Simple on the stand. Rod bolts are an easy swap as well. Depends on if you plan on doing those later or not.

rod bolts if you can only do one thing..... depends on how much you are talking. it's easier to do a cam now while there's more room and no fluids to deal with, but it's not too bad in the truck either.

no thiers not a problem, i think that they are assuming that im building a 800hp engine here

Rod bolt are cheap insurance in case you decide to get real aggressive with a cam and tune and want to turn the motor a few more RPM. Its MUCH easier to put them in when the motor in out of the truck. With rod bolt, your good to about 6800 RPM if you choose.
