Default Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Fitting

Has anyone been able to find a M20x1.5 with an end o'ring to a -8 AN adapter fitting to replace the OE quick connect fitting and the factory oil cooler lines with like a -8AN PTFE line? Looking to replace the shoddy GM designed lines and quick connects on both my Tahoe and my Van. Threaded end that goes into the radiator needs to be like the Dorman 800-607.

Cut the rubber lines off and flare'em with AN fittings. How I did it on my Impala.

That would work except mine are leaking and always have leaked at the quick disconnect jiff tight fittings on the end. Rubber portion of the line is good in my case.

If anybody needs these M20x1.5 oil cooler fittings adapted to AN, please call Racetronix and express interest in them. I spoke with them earlier and they are considering making them for those of us with the perpetually leaking factory lines.

Given that the thing in the rad looks like this

Yeah, kinda crappy pic, I know...

And, given how crappy the O-ring deal is to begin with, how about something like this?

The oring on the cooler side seals well. It is the oring on the inside of the fitting that goes to the quick connect line that never stays sealed.

Actually tried a version of those. The fitting bottoms out before the seal actually touches. Ground them down so the seal would actually sandwhich between the fittings as designed and even used sealing paste and they still leaked. The top surface of that cooler in the radiator is too narrow to seal well on the sealing ring.

Since it's an oil drain plug size, have you taken a look at those to see if any will make a better seal?
