Default Engine noise

On my way home i stopped to get gas, and shut the truck off, after i got gas and started my truck, it started making a noise. It only happens at idle to 2500-3000, pulled off the belt and its not any accessories or idler, cuz it was still there. changed oil and filter, still there, the oil wasn't low, and hadn't broken down, thought it could be a gaulded rocker so i pulled off the valve cover and checked the rockers pulled them off and retightened them, still there. Sorry for the long intro but its my dd just trying to find out whats wrong, its the chirping sound. Thanks
Tom

On the left side of the video...is that smoke or just something weird in the picture of the camera?

Did you notice any extra lash when you took the rockers on and off?

The camera doesn't take good vids, but its not smoke. The lash seemed ok no excessive slop. The springs arn't broke i pulled off the rockers and didn't see any problems with them. Its definatley a top end noise and on the right side. Im gonna pull the intake and check the lifters tomorrow. I'll prolly get a cam and springs and put them in now rather then later. Any one selln a good street cam?

I would definatly go for the lifter, sounds like one is sticking or isnt holding oil any more. How long have they been in there?
