Could be the tune but most likely it is O2 sensors. If you replace them NGK has a new style for LS1 cars, might fit truck applictaions also. I cooked about 1/2 a dozen stockers. Put the NGK's in and no problems since.

ok so i just changed out the o2 that threw the code..... seems to have helped....its back to idling good... still not 100% sure that it fixed the lean codes tho... im going to unhook that bat in a minute and clear the codes then take her for a test drive..... if that didnt help the lean im going to check fule pressure.... regulator is only sucking air no gas so thats good...... pressure should be between 55 and 65 psi right??>?

Check and see if there's any K&N oil/debris on the MAF...that can cause a lean code...also check for any vacuum leaks or unmetered air entering the system. If the lean code's still there, go towards checking fuel pressure and the fuel system...

thanks hayes... those are the first things i checked for... what i really wanted to know is if one bad o2 is capable of throwing lean in both banks.... replaced the o2 and cleared the code... so far so good
