Default engine guys help me

Alright it's a:
208/216 .113LSA .500" lift int./exh. Crane Cam http://www.cranecams.com/motorsports...er/1449521.htm
I know jlwz71 used this cam and had good gains both low and high end. Ever dyno jlwz71?
New valve springs will go in (any sugg.?) they list some on that website. New pushrods are going in (any sugg.?)
I know Jason99T/A used these parts on their swap: Comp 918s/stock retainers, and Thunder Racing 7.400" hardened pushrods (I will take their word on these) I want titanium retainers though...any part # for these?
Would a 210/216 .525"/.525", 113 LSA cam be better? I will not be doing any head work with this install, so would the .025" extra lift do much noticeable difference?
Thunder Racing offers a cam swap package type deal with gaskets, cam, pushrods and valvesprings, but they don't offer this cam grind. Has anyone ordered a cam other than what they listed with this package deal and same price ($699)? I will prob. just call them with this question.
Last thing: should I replace the timing chain, if so, with what part?
Thanks for reading all of this and putting up with so many questions at once. Ryan
