I'm throwing some ideas around , and was wondering if a lq4 or an lq9. Would fit in my nnbs and bolt up to my stock trans and what all would need to be changed , I believe I heard the reluctor wheel would need to be changed but is that the only thin and what about the wiring harness, could my nnbs intake and fuel rails work? That's ahead of time, joe

And if i found a nnbs 5.3 would my cam and heads swap over? would it bolt up to my trans? and if all that will work will i be able to drive it until i get it tuned? sorry for all the questions im just trying to figue all of this out

The ls3 is a 6.2 aluminum block. It is a great motor but is not for the budget minded. The 6.0 will work as long as you get the correct gen and reluctor as GM did make a Gen III and IV as well as a 24 and 58x reluctor. We have 6.0 motors that will be a direct bolt in replacement for your truck starting at $1999. Please give us a call at your convinence and we can get you a great motor.
