Default electric exhaust cutouts

I was watchin Trucks this morn and he installed some Doug Thorley electric cutouts. They looked really nice because instead of a flap the rotates like the other one, it was a steel plate that came in from the side and blocked the port.

Anyone have info on these? They were really trick.

It was from Dougs Headers, not Doug Thorley Headers. Here is the link to them http://www.dougsheaders.com/online_s...ail.cfm?id=217

Ther ARE $475 though, I would just go for QTP, they are only around $179 for the cutout and the electric part. I would never justify spending almost $500 on an electric cutout when you can get one for almost $300 less.

That is my video page. There is two clips of me reving my engine, one through a PV muffler and the other with the cutout open.

hey guys, i was wondering how some of yall that have the electric cut outs installed them. how did you route your wires? seems like it might be kinda tricky to find a good route that offers good protection.
