I don't know. If that is so, than I don't have A.I.R. I figured that all the trucks had that.

There is however an EGR mod. I haven't done mine because many people get SES lights as a result of this as well. I don't recomended it, but just thought I'd mention it. Here is a list of other mods (some free) for these trucks that someone posted a while ago.

leo I removed mine. everytime i had run at the track my times would get slower and slower. after i removed it my times stay consistant now.
if you have edit you can remove it and delete the egr, then when its time to inspect just put it back on and then turn the egr back on .

Are you talking about the EGR plate mod or the tube mod? I'm assuming plate.

I don't have edit and it will be awhile before I do get it. I know I could probably get a custom tune and have it deleted like that. I would just hate having the egr turned back on every year around inspection time and then again turned off afterward. It would get a little old.

all the more reason to get edit
plus it wouldnt cost you anything but time and a stamp to get the pcm from Allen, but i understand the hassle.
unless you find someonethat will do favors for ya
