the roads must have had a little sand or moisture on them the other night when i tried the eaton for the first time. the roads are clean and dry now. this thing grips way better than the g80, it will actualy snap your head back and even when it does start to turn the tires over the truck is still taking off. with the g80 i left it in auto 4wd ALL the time otherwise it was like i was on ice, the one wheel just spun like mad any time i bumped the throttle, now 2wd feels good.
the way it feels this thing might just give me better times out of the hole even in 4wd.

Very nice. How much did you pay for the whole setup? I would need to get gears also cause I got the stock 3.42 in right now and they just aren't going to cut it. I think 4.10's will be sweet.
The Eaton uses clutches right? If so are they replaceable when they wear out. I could live with that for a while until I can afford the BIG BOY 14 bolt swap.
