Default Eaton posi install??

I did a search of the forum and come up with allot of half answers. Anyone have directions for doing this install. I want to know if I should take it in or could I do it myself as long as I have the right tools. I am replacing the stock open rear end with an Eaton before I buy an STS turbo kit. What else should I do as long as I have the thing apart as far as the rear end goes? What kind of fluid is good to run in these units and is there any type of fluid friction modifier additive that needs to be used as well. Thanks guys.
